Shipping and Returns

Ships from Melbourne, VIC. Please allow 2-3 days to process your order, and longer during intensive sales periods such as Black Friday, EOFY and Christmas.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, contact us at support@novacharge.com.au

14-Day Returns

If you’re not satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if damaged or faulty)

Our team will guide you through the process.

Warranty

NOVA One includes a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

This does not cover:

  • Accidental damage
  • Water damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or modification

If your NOVA product arrives damaged or develops a fault within the warranty period:

Contact us immediately at support@novacharge.com.au

We will replace or refund the item in accordance with consumer protection laws.
